A REVIEW ON NANOTECHNOLOGY IN SOLID LIPID NANOPARTICLES
Journal Title: International Journal of Pharmaceutical Development & Technology - Year 2012, Vol 1, Issue 1
Abstract
This present review is progress in selected nanotechnology topics and some possible applications. This attempt mainly focused on solid lipid nanoparticles & different preparation methods of solid lipid nanoparticles, nanostructured lipid carriers, lipid drug conjugates, route of administration and applications. For each of these, we review the underlying scientific concepts, potential enabling technologies and current limitations to the realization of nanotechnology applications.
