Abstract
The article is devoted to the organization problems of managerial at the factory. It is formulated the general bases of administrative business processes formation cycle of at the car-repair factory. The offered cycle ensures continuous development of businesses-processes of the factory according to international quality standards ISO and it is carried out on the basis of added Deming's cycle.
