Key value chain determinants in success creation of the tourist ser-vices

Abstract
In this paper authors presented main aspects of the tourist services quality. There were described main criteria of the services as well as specific criteria of the tourist services line of business. Authors described also their research connected with the elements of the tourist services chain. There were presented also identification and hierarchy importance of the all elements for the four defined with the age criteria, groups of customers.
