Strategia banku po kryzysie finansowym

Abstract
W artykule zaprezentowano ocenę strategii rozwoju dwóch największych banków Polsce w kontekście zgodności z teoriami zarządzania klasycznego. Z badań wynika, że w sektorze bankowym nie ma jednolitej szkoły planowania strategicznego. Badane jednostki posiadają zbliżone parametry działalności, każda jednak wybrała własną ścieżkę rozwoju strategicznego. Przyjęta hipoteza została zweryfikowana pozytywnie. Strategie rozwoju w sektorze bankowym są dostosowane do indywidualnych potrzeb jednostek i zgodne ze współczesnymi modelami zarządzania strategicznego.
