The positioning of relational capital in management models

Abstract
Changes in the conditions of the functioning organization contribute to the search for new concepts of governance. These concepts should make it possible to optimize the activities of the organization. One of the suggested methods is the creation and improvement of relational capital. The discussions undertaken in the scientific environments increasingly move effectiveness issues and organ-izational relationship. This issue is also widely recognized by the managers of the organization. So the authors decided to it succinctly describe the results of analogous discussions on scientific seminars at The Department of Information and Knowledge Management.
