Journal Title: Zarządzanie i Finanse - Year 2013, Vol 11, Issue 4
Abstract
In the paper were diagnosed risk factors in project management that come with organizational solutions and the company's organizational culture. Then syn-thetically was characterized project management and conducted a diagnosis of potential factors of risks that may arise during the project. Some areas of possible failures in project management were pointed out. A thesis was set that the source of the risk are the people due to the change-resistance posed, lack of motivation, conflict, etc., but company’s values and principles plus organizational solutions can alleviate these problems. The paper also pointed some ways and methods of leveling management risk in this area.
