The role and scope of the expert evaluation of projects co-financed by European Union grants

Abstract
The article attempts to analyze the role and scope of the expert evaluation of projects carried out on the basis of design documentation. The first part of the paper discusses a key elements of any project – the scope and types of innovation. Further the article covers a selected criteria of evaluation of entrepreneurs who applied for European Union financing.
