Abstract
We report a case of unicameral bone cyst of talus in an adult patient. The patient presented with pain and swelling following a twisting injury of ankle. Clinicoradiological diagnosis was unicameral bone cyst (UBC). The lesion was treated with curettage and autogenous iliac bone grafting. Diagnosis was confirmed by histopathology. Two years follow-up showed successful incorporation of autogenous bone graft and obliteration of lytic lesion.
