Neoconservative and patriotic political forces: specificity institutional transformation

Abstract
The correlation of institutional and value factors in the formation of patriotic and non-conservative political forces in contemporary Europe and the world is considered. The mechanisms of electoral confrontation of right and conservative moods in society are studied. Attention is paid to the formation of right-wing ruling coalitions and governments in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. It is proved that the practice of cooperation between conservative forces could be useful for political life of contemporary Ukraine.
