Neutralization of risk – the way of improving the enterprises production potential management

Abstract
The purpose of the publication is to identify actual issues and recommendations for reducing or neutralizing the machine-building enterprises risks in modern management. Methodoogy of research. The solution of the problems in the article is based on a dialectical approach and scientific methods of cognition. Findings. The article examines the main causes of uncertainty with which deals with the modern engineering enterprises in its activities, the introduction of a generalized process of risk management, the generalized method of managing risks, taking into account the advantages and disadvantages for enterprises. Рractical value. In the paper found out how to take into account the level of risk at the revealing of reserves of activity, presented the formula for calculating the integrated assessment to take account of the risks by a factor of importance and provides recommendations to improve the management efficiency of the production potential of the enterprise.
