NORMATIVE AND LEGAL DETERMINANTS OF LABOR ORGANIZATION OF PUBLIC LIABILITY ORGANIZATION

Abstract
In the process of forming a socially oriented market economy in Ukraine, labor law acquires a qualitatively new orientation, since it aims to create more effective conditions for the implementation of a person's labor rights on the basis of the basic provisions of the Constitution and other acts of the national legislation of Ukraine, taking into account the international legal regulation of labor relations and the experience of states – members of the European Union. The above determines the formation of qualitatively new approaches to the regulation of relations in the field of remuneration. The article analyzes the state of legal support of labor relations in the current state of the national economy, identifies priority areas of improvement of this determinant. The basis in the studied aspect will allow state institutions to apply effective mechanisms of legal regulation in order to optimize and improve the efficiency of state regulation by the organization of remuneration.
