TRANSFORMATIONAL ALTERATIONS OF UKRAINE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM: DIMENSION OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract
Three level system of Ukraine medical sphere organizational structure transformation in terms of rational resource allocation and functions diversification is researched in the article. Healthcare system’s institutional structure reformation priorities are defined. Recommendations on necessary mechanisms implementation for medical services on European bases provision and their quality improvement are provided.
