Normative-legal regulation of relations in the field of education: general lines and features

Abstract
The problem of primary school teacher’s professional preparation in accordance with the requirements of the Concept of national and patriotic education of children and young people is revealed in the article. The guidelines of the competence approach in this process are de¿ ned. The role of primary school teacher in the creation of perfect pedagogical conditions for the realization of the goals and tasks of primary schoolchildren’s national and patriotic education is determined. It is established that the preparation of the future primary school teacher on the basis of a competence approach in accordance with the requirements of the Concept requires awareness of the student’s role in the process of his professional development, preparation for constant self-improvement and selfrealization, providing of perfect conditions for the professional training
