Abstract
Information architecture (IA) is a fi eld that meets the diversity of communication forms and amounts of information problems in the contemporary world. In a number of IA defi nitions two crucial things are emphasized: information organization and facilitation of understanding. The basic model of information (communication) architecture consists of: content, code and structure. The areas in which AI can play an important role are: mobile applications, Internet of things and the big data and linked data resources.
