Książka dla dzieci w repertuarze kieleckiego Wydawnictwa „Jedność” w latach 2014–2015

Abstract
The aim of this article is to present the offer of the „Jedność” Publishing House in Kielce in the fi eld of children’s books. The Publishing House was founded in the interwar period. It initially offered mainly books on theology, biblical studies, spirituality, philosophy, history, bioethics and hagiography. Later the offer was extended to include textbooks, methodological guides and teaching aids. Recently, the department of children’s books has developed. These books are mostly written contemporary foreign authors, published under license, although the offer of the books by Polish authors is as rich and interesting. The research on the publishing house repertoire was conducted using the method of functional analysis, method of analysis of the book groups and structural and typological methods, as well as the statistical method.
