О ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ИНСТИТУЦИОНАЛЬНОГО ПЕРВЕНСТВА РОССИИ

Abstract
В статье рассматриваются методологические основы развития перехода экономики России к инновационному развитию. В качестве основного фактора будущего функционирования экономики автором рекомендуется переход к принципиально новому механизму производственной деятельности, основанному на процессе воспроизводства, объединяющему производство и потребление каждого из продуктов. Доказывается, что этот переход, в силу когерентности признаков определенного направления, приведет к возможности суверенизации экономики России, не отрицающей участия в международном разделении труда как равноправного партнера в статусе «технологической державы».
