Abstract
The objective of this study is to propose a training program for environmental conservation of the coastal marine for fisheries inspection officers in the province Camagüey protected areas. Observation, surveys, interviews and expert judgment: different methods were used between empirical. The program consists of 48 hours, it aims to: help improve the performance of these professionals from the domain of education-related and environmental management on these content areas. It was divided into six themes, which address the environmental situation in the coastal zone impact of environmental problems, marine biodiversity values, legal framework, education and environmental management. The novelty is expressed in its contextualization to the needs and demands from the work of these professionals and environmental educators. The program is feasible according to the assessment of the experts consulted.
