Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of modern theoretical and legal tendencies concerning the identification of the constituent characteristics of the carrying out of audit activities during carrying out of operative-search activities, carrying out of secret investigative (search) actions, inspection of publicly accessible places, housing or other possession. Expanding the meaning of the concepts of special economic knowledge and crime in the economy, their peculiarities at all stages (from opening of criminal proceedings, investigation and trial in Ukraine, classification of economic offenses of concepts) using modern scientific sources.
