On optimization of the periodicity of maintenance of devices

Abstract
To optimize the frequency of maintenance of the proposed generalized mathematical model, and mathematical model of preventive replacements and preventive overhauls, different given the extent of resource recovery and technical devices. In conditions of incompleteness of the source data, the range must be defined ... practically optimal values of the periodicity of preventive replacements and repairs of technical devices. At frequency the resource of technical devices is used more fully, but the probability of its trouble-free operation is significantly reduced. When the frequency due to the underutilization of the resource provides a higher level of trouble-free operation of technical devices. The range of practically optimal periodicity values can be used to solve the problems of combining the terms of repair of connected technical devices in series and adjusting the planned terms depending on the restrictions and noise arising in the process of operation. When choosing a strategy for the technical content of the devices, it is recommended to use the boundary curves characterizing the achievement of the same optimal values of specific operating costs.
