ON PRINCIPLES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF FORMATION AND FUNCTIONING OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT BODIES

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of principles of agrarian law, as well as the principles of the formation and functioning of the management bodies of agricultural enterprises. The necessity of singling out a separate group of principles on the basis of which the management bodies of agricultural enterprises are formed and functioning is substantiated. Under the principles of legal regulation of the formation and functioning of the management bodies of agricultural enterprises, we offer to understand the main ideas that determine the direction and nature of the activities of the management bodies of agricultural enterprises: higher management bodies, executive management bodies, bodies that are endowed with control and auditing powers and the agricultural enterprise as a whole.
