ON THE ISSUE OF THE CONCEPT OF NEWLY DISCOVERED CIRCUMSTANCES IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article analyzes the content of the legal regulation of the concept of newly discovered circumstances in the civil process. The wording of the notion “essential to the cause” has been improved as one of the features of the newly dis- covered circumstances. The time limits of the existence of newly discovered circumstances are specified. The question of which lawsuits can be reviewed in connection with newly discovered circumstances is investigated.
