On the organizational structure of the prosecutor's office of Ukraine

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, the issues of the organizational structure of the prosecutor's office of Ukraine are considered. It was established that the system of prosecutor's offices was based on the principles of territoriality and specialization (subject-functional principle). It is substantiated that the approach chosen in the new law "On the Prosecutor's Office" to the organization of the system of organs of the prosecutor's office as a whole is correct.
