On the question of control over the implementation of the European Court of Human Rights

Abstract

In the article the question of control over the implementation of the Human Rights of the European Court and revealed its contents. The author examines the different types of control – and supranational state. Briefly sanctified supranational mechanism of the control s view of the fact that control over the implementation of decisions is entrusted to the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers. Attention is drawn to that at the national level, depending on the entities responsible for supervising the implementation of European Court of Human Rights decisions, the following types of controls: 1) control, which implements the Government Plenipotentiary for the Affairs of the European Court of Human Rights; 2) control which provides the Secretariat of the Government Commissioner for the European Court of Human Rights; 3) control, which is part of the state executive service of Ukraine; 4) The control exercised by the Minister of Justice of Ukraine; 5) judicial control, and others. A detailed analysis and are designated especially for the control of implementation of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in Ukraine at the level of: the Government Commissioner for the European Court of Human Rights; Secretariat of the Government Commissioner for the European Court of Human Rights; State executive service of Ukraine.
