On the structure of the legal regime in labor law

Abstract
The article is devoted to the elucidation of the structure of the labor-legal regime. The author stresses that the legal means inclu- ded in the structure of labor and legal regime include: the standard of labor law; international acts ratified by Ukraine; principles of legal regulation of labor relations; legal acts.
