OPTIMIZATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC PROVISION OF INNOVATION RELATIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers the problem of optimization of organizational and economic provision of innovation relations. The focus of attention is the sphere of innovative relations as an object of organizational and economic influence on the part of the state. An understanding of the levels of implementation of innovation relations – the national innovation system and individual innovation trajectories and chains – implies a proposal for a two-level organization of state bodies with appropriate competence.
