Abstract
In the current conditions of socioeconomic transformations in the Republic of Moldova and the development of the labor market, it becomes particularly important to terminate the employment contract at the initiative of the employer for various reasons, at the initiative of the employer. The article covers the grounds for dismissal on the initiative of the employer on grounds not depending on the guilty behavior of the employee, as well as the procedure for dismissal on these grounds.
