Abstract
This article is part of a series of publications based on studies and analyzes carried out in connection with the preparation of the Municipality of Suhindol (Rangelov, V. 2015). The purpose of the analysis and the theoretical rationale is to identify the existing problems and to propose measures for their solution, creating preconditions for development of the Suhindol Municipality.
