ORGANIZATION OF INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS AMONG TEENAGERS WITHIN A SCHOOL FORM AS A PRECONDITION FOR CREATING A PSYCHOLOGICALLY SAFE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
The article investigates the problem of interpersonal relations among teenagers within a form as a precondition for creating a psychologically safe environment in a school. Structural components of interpersonal relations among teenagers in the form are characterized on the basis of analysis in psychological and educational literature. The paper substantiates the importance of a proper organization of interpersonal relations for establishing a pleasant climate in a class as well as developing a psychologically safe school environment. The author underlines the necessity for a purposeful and diligent training of future teachers for such activities. Readiness aspects of prospective teachers for shaping interpersonal relations between teenagers in a form are explored and described. A final section features the prospects for further research in psychological safety of pupils in a modern school.
