ORGANIZATIONAL AND METHODICAL PRINCIPLES OF SEEDLING OF OILSEEDS

Abstract
Introduction. The seed industry is a complicated economic complex with an extremely high potential, which can only be realized through a scientific approach, rational use of natural and material resources, specialization in the production of seeds. Methods: The following methods have been used іn the process of research: the method of theoretical generalization and comparison; monographic; economic and statistical; comparative; graphic. Results. The organizational status of the modern domestic seed system of oilseeds in the form of a logical chain from the breeder to the producer is analyzed. It has been established that the functioning of the seed market today is largely determined by demand from the end user, the producer or processor of the oilseeds production. It is stressed that due to the reform of the last years, the state system of seed production is in an unbalanced state. It is necessary to form a seed system with the constituent elements in order to strengthen the field of seed production of oilseeds: the breeding and seeding center, the seed plant and the regional association of producers of sowing material. Discussion are the need for radical changes aimed at strengthening the organizational and scientific provision of the industry, identifying new development priorities.
