ORGANIZATIONAL COMPLICATIONS OF BEHAVIOR WITH OVERALL BULKY OBJECTS THAT IS EDUCED DURING RPE

Abstract
Taking into account position of criminal code of practice of Ukraine (in 2012) problem questions that arise up on the initial stage of pre-trial investigation of criminal offences against an environment, offered ways of their decision, are considered in the article. In particular, an accent is done on per- mission of questions into that an investigator runs at examination of site of occurrence at the expo- sure of overall bulky objects. On the example of investigation of crimes against a natural environ- ment an idea is grounded, that in practice organizational complications take place in the economy of those materials (material proofs) : а) that contain tracks of criminal offence; б) in regard to that an owner is not set or an owner on a concrete moment is not the side of criminal production. On this basis an investigator is orientated on the order of judicial registration of the materials (material proofs) withdrawn during examination of objects of ecological crime.
