Organizational culture analysis in Retail Trade Company

Abstract
As the results of this article we can manifest that organizational culture is a common philosophy, values and expectations, which binds the organization and its members together. Organizational culture is important for both managers, as determined by the organization's aims and objectives and the company's employees, as telling how to behave in the enterprise, reduce ambiguity, and tell who is seen in the company. The proper selection of organizational culture methods enables an objective assessment of the existing company's organizational culture. After analysis of literature, study of the environment, personnel questionnaire survey and systemization of results, the need for improvement of organizational culture was found. Recommendations that were made for company: specification of personnel needs clear company reward system, training system improvements, improved working environment, created and sustained the company traditions, leads to improved organizational culture. This results in a reduction of staff turnover, improved employee satisfaction indicators and the growth satisfied customer base what is directly linked to company's profit.
