Abstract
У статті висвітлено основні напрями вдосконалення державного регулювання розвитку житлово-комунального господарства. Розглянуто впровадження нових форм і принципів управління житлово-комунальним господарством країни. Окреслено задачі реформування та розвитку житлово-комунального господарства на виконання вимог Указу Президента України «Про Стратегію сталого розвитку «Україна-2020»».
