Abstract
The article clarifies that with the growth of production capacities the needs of industrial transport are objectively increased, the current state of observance of legislation on which determines the expediency of timely state control. Based on generalization and analysis of the legal framework regulating the investigated sphere of legal relations, the main features of state control over observance of legislation on industrial transport are determined.
