ОСОБЛИВОСТІ КРЕДИТНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Abstract

N.V. Lagodiienko. Features of credit support activities of agrarian enterprises. The article reviews and analyzes the key problems of credit support for agricultural farms. The subject of the study is theoretical and applied questions of organization and effective functioning, regulation and improvement of credit relations in agriculture. The purpose of this article is to study the status and features of credit support for domestic agricultural enterprises and to develop directions for its effective development. Research has shown that credit is a powerful economic factor and an important source of capital for agricultural enterprises. The modern tendencies of the financial providing of agriculture are considered in the article, the complex of problems is selected in relation to satisfaction of necessities of industry in credit resources and directions activation of processes are certain on their bringing in. The factors that determine the current state of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine and features of the agricultural sector, affecting the credit relationship. The role of bank lending in the development of agricultural enterprises examined the types and terms of loans. Ways of improving credit support agriculture in terms of the economic crisis in Ukraine. It is concluded that the main factors limiting the development of lending to agricultural sector enterprises are: lack of liquid collateral for loans (especially for small agri-enterprises), lack of properly legally registered bank of land and official reporting, and the presence of shadow schemes in the work. The lifting of the moratorium on the free circulation of agricultural land will contribute to the development of lending. Increasing the use of agrarian receipts in the grain sector, the production of technical crops, will facilitate the acquisition of financial resources by agricultural producers. Overcoming the distrust of farmers to the domestic banking system and the psychological barriers between them will contribute to the effective development of credit relations.
