Abstract
Розглянуто актуальні проблеми забезпечення ефективності управління підприємством. Досліджено та охарактеризовано сутність системного підходу до управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. Запропоновано методичний підхід оцінювання рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства на основі системного підходу. Обґрунтовано та ідентифіковано ключові складові системи конкурентоспроможності продовольчо-зернового підприємства та перелік часткових показників, що їх описують. The issues of the day of company management in the conditions of modern unstably external environment are considered. The aim of this article is research the company competitiveness based on system approach and its assessment. It begins with a review of the system approach nature and its using in company competitiveness management. Found on the economic literature the main typical components of company competitiveness are determined. Those are product competitiveness, production (operation activity) competitiveness and personnel competitiveness. The existing methodical recommendations of the company competitiveness components quantitative assessment are researched and extended. The author`s approach for the integrated company competitiveness assessment is developed. It allows taking into consideration all factors, which have an influence on activity and development of the company. The application of the offered company competitiveness profile assessment technique provides the using of indirect indexes system, that lets the homogeneous unitizes and characterized by the sectoral or other availability absence limitation and the adaptation for the own current needs of the different economic activity companies. Found on the own investigation and based on common company competitiveness factors, the technique of company competitiveness estimation have been improved. As result, the current level of main competitiveness factors, which have an influence on food-grain-growing enterprise, was determined.
