Abstract
Bukhalo O.V., Kolomiyets S.A. Features attraction of capital investments in agricultural production of Ukraine. The aims of the research are assessment of the current state and definition of prospects for the development of investment support for agricultural enterprises and analysis of agricultural cooperatives’ provision with agricultural machinery and energy resources. This paper outlines the importance of capital investment for the country’s economy. The main directions of investment in the economy of Ukraine are considered. Capital investments by sources of financing are analyzed. The analysis of dynamics of availability of agricultural machinery and power capacities in agricultural cooperatives of Ukraine are conducted. The necessity of attracting capital investments into modern agricultural production is proved. Modernization of the material and technical base of agriculture is carried out too slowly due to the suspension of innovation and investment processes due to the financial inability of agricultural producers; imperfection of depreciation and credit policy; insufficient amount of state support. All this testifies to the need for capital investments for the renovation and reconstruction of the material and technical base of agricultural cooperatives in Ukraine. On the part of the state it is necessary to fully finance the technical re-equipment of agricultural enterprises, as well as provision of these farms the possibility of obtaining agricultural loans for the purchase of agricultural machinery on preferential terms. This is necessary in order for agricultural enterprises to get rid of accumulated credit debts, to start working in a plus and to solve the problem of ensuring the provision of agricultural sector with agricultural machinery.
