Paradygmaty pedeutologiczne w świetle poglądów Marii Grzegorzewskiej

Abstract
The paper presents the mains threads of the pedeutological thought of Maria Grzegorzewska. With a view to future educators Maria Grzegorzewska wrote Letters to a young teacher, the treaty of ethics providing guidance for work didactic education. Based on the analysis of these studies, you can specify several pedeutology paradigms characterizing the personality of the teacher. The author discusses in detail the paradigm of humanity, paradigm triggering a of authority, self-education paradigm, the paradigm of the sense of responsibility. In addition, it answers the question: if Maria Grzegorzewska`s pedeutological ideas on the ethics of the profession of teacher-educators are still valid? It is particularly important in the context of contemporary changes in education. The vision of the perfect educators according to Maria Grzegorzewska is idealistic, but it conceals a profound, positive message on the value of the sense of teaching. The views of the author are not only an inspiration for modern pedeutological thought, but also function as a bridge between the tradition and the odernity.
