PARAMETRIC PRESENTATION OF PELTIER ELEMENT CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract
A technique for calculating the characteristics of the Peltier element based on three parame-ters and the SPICE model is described. Mathematical model of the Peltier element is proposed and considered. The proposed method can be used in the calculation of cooling and electric generation systems for various purposes.
