Abstract
Straipsnyje apibūdinti pagrindiniai informacijos valdymo sistemų diegimo trukdžiai. Tai − neteisingai parengta pagrindinė duomenų bazė, neaiški techninės dalies dokumentacija, pradinės ir būsimos finansinės sąnaudos, ir tai, kad darbuotojai nemėgsta permainų, todėl informacijos valdymo sistemos įdiegimas gali būti sutiktas priešiškai. Pastebėta, kad pastato informacinis modeliavimas yra informacijos modeliavimo technologija, sujungianti projektavimo standartus ir projektų kūrimo technologijas, įvertinanti specifines savybes architektūros, inžinerijos, statybos ir eksploatacijos savybes bei sudaro galimybę pritaikyti nenumatytus technologijų pasikeitimus. BIM modelis sujungia skirtingus informacijos srautus ir juos apdoroja
