Peculiarities of co-occurance with prefixes of verbs of unidirectional motion and verbs of multidirectional motion in modern Ukrainian language

Abstract
The article studies the issue about the meaning of the observation of the verb while learning the Ukrainian language; speci¿ c features of verbs of the unidirectional motion and verbs of the multidirectional motion in the modern Ukrainian language are determined. The article is an attempt to describe parameters of the perfectivation of verbs of the multidirectional motion and parameters of the perfectivation of verbs of the unidirectional motion. There are examples, proving that verbals function as names of three onomasiological entities, speci¿ cally names of actions, processes and states. The article determines peculiarities of the co-occurance with pre¿ xes of verbs of the unidirectional motion and verbs of the multidirectional motion of the modern Ukrainian language, and also it determines peculiarities of the realization of the category of aspect by verbals and limits of the perfectivation in the system of such verbs. The article proves that the perfectivation of verbals of motion and the movement among verbs of other lexical-semantic groups are distinguished by the fact that they, combining with pre¿ xes, are beyond the aspective correlation. Their one-way nature is primarily caused by no boundedness of lexical meanings of verbs of the multidirectional motion, combining with which, pre¿ xes can perform only grammatical and word formation function, and also it is caused by the ability of locative verbal pre¿ xes to determine different parameters of diatopical semantics of verbs of the unidirectional motion
