PECULIARITIES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF PROGRAMS OF RESTORATIVE JUSTICE IN THE LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the introduction of programs of restorative justice in Ukraine at the legislative level and the dissemination of the practice of peaceful settlement of disputes by extrajudicial methods. The normative legal acts to which changes need to be made are analyzed in connection with the possible adoption of the draft law on mediation. And also, generalized positive moments of the restorative paradigm. The article notes that today in Ukraine, the formation of juvenile justice and the introduction of the institute of probation.
