PECULIARITIES OF TEACHER LEARNING/TRAINING AT FOREIGN LANGUAGES COURSES AS AN EXAMPLE OF ADULT EDUCATION

Abstract

The article deals with the issues of adult education under conditions of modern educational needs. In particular, andragogy as a science about adult education and its basic principles are viewed, there have been shown the possibility and necessity of implementation of andragogical approach while teaching adults. The potential of main guidelines of adult education within the concept of lifelong learning is investigated. There have been analyzed the peculiarities of adult preparing at foreign languages courses for university lecturers. The attention is focused on the essence of andragogy principles and their use in system of courses network is shown.
