PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL READINESS TO WORK WITH PERSONNEL OF FUTURE OFFICERS-BORDERS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of formation of professional readiness for work with personnel of future officers-border guards. The content of concepts "professional readiness to work with personnel of future officers-border guards" is determined. On the basis of the analysis of the content of the concept of "professional readiness to work with the personnel of future officers-border guards" and the specifics of their professional activities, the author highlighted pedagogical conditions for its formation, namely: the development of skills and abilities of work with personnel on the basis of context-based learning in future officers-border guards; Selection and structuring of the contents of educational disciplines in accordance with the tasks and specifics of work with personnel in the SBGS; activating the motivational-value and reflexive attitude of future border guards officers to work with personnel; preparation of scientific and pedagogical workers for the training of future officers in the formation of skills and work skills of personnel.
