PERSPECTIVES OF THE USE OF THE CONTROLLING SERVICE IN THE SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT OF PROCESSING ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the prospects of the introduction of a full-fledged financial management service at the domestic enterprises of the agro-processing sub-sector. The results of the study clearly showed that only the introduction of an effective system of financial management and its controlling service would allow both dairy enterprises in Cherkasy region and many other entrepreneurs that are involved in the processing of agro-raw materials to diagnose crises in time and to adapt quickly to the changes in the environment, as well as to develop a system of measures for their financial stabilization.
