ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ РАЗВИТИЯ СТРАХОВЫХ ОТНОШЕНИЙ В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ

Abstract
In the given article the need for marketing research in the development of the insurance market in Uzbekistan and the benefits of using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in the development of insurance relations are discussed. Recommendations to increase the activity of enterprises and organizations in establishing insurance relations are given. Also the problems connected with adjustment in the country of insurance activity, a level of readiness of the enterprises to new insurance services are in full disclosure. This article was prepared by the author on the basis of data provided by international insurance organizations. Taking this into account, in recent years, our country has paid special attention to the development of insurance. Especially conducting effective marketing research is a key method for determining the future development of our insurance market. In turn, it is extremely important to choose the most rational methods and methods of marketing research. In our opinion, based on market research in the insurance market, it is possible to expand the market segment of the insurance company on the basis of a thorough market analysis using scientifically based methods and methodologies, thereby increasing its revenues and defining its future development strategy.
