Physical activity assessed with a standardized questionnaire IPAQ is at moderate level. The most frequently indicated forms of physical activity used are walking and cycling. Before myocardial infarction, each of the respondents spent on average 42.37 min on physical activity, and after the myocardial infarction the time spent for such activities was 53.02 min. Conclusions. In the group of respondents, the level of physical activity was classified as sufficient and adequate. It was also found that frequency and time spent on activity after heart attack increased in comparison to the situation before the heart attack. It was shown that on the significant statistically level, women do housework and read books and magazines more often than men. Persons of peasant origin often choose sleep as a form of relax, whereas reading magazines is characteristic for persons of intelligentsia background.
