Abstract
In Ayurvedic Classical text administration of potent Psycho-Physical rejuvenator formulation comes under RasayanaChikitsa Which frees one of diseases, improve quality of life and delays senile degenerative Changes. Eleven among the most commonly used Anti-Oxidant , adaptogenic Potent , well established rejuvenator herbs viz., Hareetaki (Terminalia Chebula Retz), Vibheetaki (Terminalia bellerica Rexb) Amalaki (Emblica officinalis Linn) Haridra (Curcuma longa Linn), Darharidra (Berberi sterrestris Linn), Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra Linn) ,Tulasi (Ocimum sanctum Linn), Haridra (Curcuma longa Linn), Daruharidra (Berberus aristata Dc), Shunthi (Zingiber officinalis Rose), punarnava (Boerhova diffusa L) were adiminstered along with unequal quantity of ghe and honey as Anupana (Vehicle) to delay Senile changes and reverse cataract formulation in the eyes. For the first time the herbal compound in the powder was subjected to Pharmacological evaluation, Physcochemical, screening,phytochemical analysis, hptlctudes. Theresence of analysis indicated presenc of alkaloids, tannins, saponins, flavonoids and glycosides.
