ПІДВИЩЕННЯ МЕТРОЛОГІЧНОЇ ТА КОНСТРУКТИВНОЇ НАДІЙНОСТІ ЗАСОБІВ ВИМІРЮВАННЯ ВИТРАТИ ПРИРОДНОГО ГАЗУ

Abstract

The goal of the work is to create and research gas volume and flow-rate measuring complex with a high level of results reliability. The single components self-diagnostics in mutual control process is the basic idea of the measuring complex developing which ensure a high truthfulness of the measurement results. In article is offered to provide high certainty of the gas volume and flow-rate registration results with using the structural methods of increasing the metrological reliability and conformity of the measurement systems. This is possible by constructing a measuring complex with a few duplicated measuring devices based on different principles of registration gas flow-rate. Applying in the proposed measured complex fundamentally different types of devices build on different from each other methods for measuring flow-rate and volume of gas excludes the impact on the results quality of the uncertainty methodical component registration and increases their reliability. In process of the proposed measuring complex constructing searched for the optimal mutual location of complex’s elements, from the registration accuracy point of view, for the receiving the minimum value of the gas volume and flowrate registration results uncertainty. Obtained information from two main measuring devices (ultrasonic and turbine types of measuring transducers) and, if necessary, a highly reliable alternating-pressure-differential transducer, with spatial configuration of flow narrowing in a Venturi pipe form, forms excessive information of the real measured value of the gas volume and flow-rate. This allows, together with the using of a high reliability tri-channel calculator, to increase the certainty of the measurement results, significantly extend the measurement range, with preservation the accuracy and reliability, and it creates the preconditions for interdefining the measuring devices, used in creating proposed complex
