Abstract
Presented materials outline the importance of professional training for specialists who already have higher education. The Author suggested reasons for continuing education, and presented results of qualitative interviews with students of faculties of the second higher education in National Pedagogical Dragomanov University(Kyiv) and NationalAviation University(Kyiv). The European experience of providing educational services for people with higher education is described and the author’s “puzzle” technology for the second higher education is offered.
