СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ РИСКИ СОЦИАЛЬНОГО ПАРТНЕРСТВА В ОБРАЗОВАНИИ

Abstract
The article analyzes possible risks that accompany social partnership in modern education. Attention is drawn to the essence of social partnership in different (macro-,mezo-, micro-) contexts. It is stated that the essence of social partnership in education is the interaction of educational subjects with a wide range of social actors functioning both inside and outside the institution of education based on the harmonization of their interests, on trust and voluntariness which results in the shared responsibility of the partners. The paper outlines the key benefits and risks of social partnership in education. Based on the theoretical generalization of the literature the benefits include accumulation and transfer of life experience of all partners for long-term survival in the market of educational services; harmonization of public relations; conflict prevention, etc. The author’s typology of possible risks in social partnership in the field of education is suggested. They include the risk of poor audit of the subjects of education social space and the construction of an incorrect partner network; risk of stereotyping partners; risk of erroneous expectations from partners; risk of addiction; risk of imbalance in the interests of partners; risk of regrouping partners. It is concluded that social partnership in the field of education has its benefits and risks that should be accounted for increasing the eff ectiveness of social activities
